Sushi Tatsugoro

Edo Kobayashi's Edomae sushi bar inside St. Regis Mexico City - intimate Reforma corner. Sushi Tatsugoro is Edo Kobayashi Group's edomae sushi bar on the 1st floor of the St. Regis Mexico City hotel on Reforma. A small, intimate space - think tight sushi-bar counter and a handful of tables - with panoramic views of the Diana cazadora statue and Paseo de la Reforma. Like Kyo, the format is edomae: fish aged or vinegared in the traditional Tokyo preservation style, served as hand-formed nigiri omakase or à la carte. The soft-shell crab roll is a cult item. Reservations via OpenTable. Premium pricing with hotel-adjacent polish.
